The Lead Teacher’s responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Work productively and consistently with Springboard employees, school administration, families and students Assure the health and safety of students by following health and safety practices and regulations Monitor, observe and report student behavior according to approved policies and procedures Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, problem solving and decision making skills Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Teach and educate students according to the approved curriculum Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through Ability to work independently and as part of a team Maintain order and procedures during all activities Be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Maintain a professional attitude at all times Ability to meet assigned deadlines Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements: Required Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Required: Must meet and maintain state specific licensing requirements and background checks
Required Experience: Previous work experience required
