Our corporate office in Portsmouth, NH is looking for an entry-level Human Resources Coordinator. The Human Resources Coordinator will administer new hire orientations and onboarding, exit interviews, data entry and other Human Resources functions, including but not limited to: special projects, HRIS systems including ADP administration, and completion of other projects as assigned.

Essential Functions

  • Serve as contact for over 1,100 employees and managers in 25 locations across the US and UK to address HR issues, questions, and concerns.
  • Assist in administration of company learning management system and coordinate instructor led training programs.
  • Coordinate and conduct New Hire Orientation and On-boarding. Ensure all necessary new hire paperwork and On-boarding process is completed. Orientate and inform new employees of benefit offerings, policies and procedures and other necessary items.
  • Assist in administration of benefits and the annual enrollment process.
  • Input and maintain all relative data information in ADP. Create and maintain personnel files for all associates according to company policy, state and federal laws.
  • Assist in documenting and updating HR processes.
  • Manage all documentation and complete unemployment claims.
  • Provide administrative support to the department as needed including but not limited to: reports, spreadsheets, presentations, communications, guides, letters and miscellaneous documents.

Minimum Qualifications and Education

  • 2+ years' working in an office environment
  • Experience in human resources a plus
  • Associates degree in relevant area preferred
  • Strong computer skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ADP
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills required
  • Strong ability to multi-task; detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Proven ability to generate trust and maintain confidentiality
  • Integrity and confidentiality
