General Manager Job Opening

9 er's Grill is a Texas based company that is growing and looking for a General Manager to lead our Montgomery IL store.

The ideal candidate knows the restaurant business backward and forward and can anticipate changes before they occur. We are looking for a self-motivating individual who can take advantage of our growth . You will be responsible for hiring our front of the house and back of the house staff ( with the assistance of the kitchen manager) , training new recruits, ordering supplies, budgeting expenses, manage cost, build sales, and the overall management of the building inside and out. Increasing sales and customer satisfaction is a huge priority .

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year

Experience:

• restaurant management: 3 years (Required)
