CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATOR Job Opening

In keeping with Carson Tahoe Health's philosophy, the Nurse Clinician/Educator works collaboratively with the Nurse Manager to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, document and coordinate clinical educational opportunities for appropriate nursing staff to promote advanced skill levels. The Nurse Clinician/Educator observes staff within the unit for competency demonstration, provides assessment of that competency, identifies educational needs for staff, and provides hands-on training within the assigned department. This position provides clinical leadership and mentoring within the department.
