This role supports and helps drive key programs towards the success of LCG’s overall talent strategy. As a partner for field and corporate HRBPs, the Performance Management & Program Specialist will help continually evolve the organization’s capability to successfully have ongoing, development-focused performance and career conversations. By incorporating modern best practices and thought leadership into program designs, the Specialist will assist in ensuring the critical talent needs of the Company are met.

- Contribute expertise to the design and development of the enterprise-wide performance management program.
- Research best practices and incorporate thought leadership in support of building an agile, modern performance management strategy.
- Create and integrate appropriate performance management workflows, forms, and timelines.
- Utilizing change management principles, help enable cultural transformation through the development of compelling communications, training, and guidelines.
- Regularly evaluate and evolve the performance management program in alignment with business objectives of the Company.
- Partner with corporate and field HRBPs to enhance overall company performance by helping to ensure employee understanding of performance goals, measures, and results.
- Develop and execute work plans for specific talent initiatives, including career development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement activities.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex HR Service Delivery inquiries related to performance management and other talent initiatives.
- Support the maintenance of enterprise competency catalogue for various applications including performance management, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
- Collaborate on the creation of competency models for corporate and field positions, and provide guidance on how to assess competencies of employees.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of performance management experience with teams required.
- Practical experience with talent and performance management principles and systems, ideally in a multi-unit, complex organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or other related field is preferred.
- Experience planning and leading large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
