Mental Health Therapist QMHP ( intern or licensed ) Job Opening

Behavioral Health agency in search of therapist, Intern or Licensed, MFT, CPC, LCSW, LADC. Must be a valid QMHP Credentialed thru Medicaid. Compensation is based on licensure and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform mental health assessments, level of need determination and diagnoses

- Perform psychotherapy within perspective scope of practice;

- Prepare treatment plans;

- Provide appropriate and timely documentation;

- Coordinate treatment with other providers.
