YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSupervision of all training activitiesProvide ongoing training for the KN and temporary workforce (hourly and salary exempt)Planning and conduct of all Orientation Trainings, Code of Conduct, Basic Skills Trainings, Safety Trainings, Forklift Trainings and Process Trainings for warehouse employeesWork closely with onsite leadership, local HR, the Staffing Agencies and local QSHEConduct of audits at the end of the training processSupervision of the hand over – take over (HOTO) from training to Operations (supervisor)Responsible for set up and filling the training matrix for the siteSupervision of cross training in the facilityReporting of training status and training needs to direct managerDocumentation of the training activities in coordination with local QSHE departmentSet up of local training areasTechnical guidance and supervision of the local training team (process trainers, forklift trainers)Continuous development of the local training system and training conception in close cooperation with the QSHE ManagerSet up a sustainable training structure for the siteMay assist with creating SOP and regular SOP auditsServe as a “go to” for new hires or establish a “go to” mentor for all new hiresEnsure that all new hires have the proper tools for success including but not limited to required job knowledge and resources (internal and/or external)
